Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of our course materials, community spaces, and support services. By purchasing or accessing the Game Asset Business Course (the “Course”), you agree to these Terms.

1. License: You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course.
2. Updates: We may add, modify, or remove content to keep materials current. Significant changes will be announced in the community or via email.
3. Support: Reasonable Q&A access is offered as listed on the purchase page; support is advisory and not a guarantee of outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. Security: Use a unique, strong password and enable multi-factor authentication if available.
3. Seat policy: One seat per individual. Sharing or reselling access is prohibited.
4. Notice: Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

Payments & Refunds

Fees are disclosed prior to checkout. Refunds may be issued within a defined window as described on the purchase page.

1. Pricing and taxes: Prices are shown before payment. Taxes or VAT may be added based on location.
2. Processor: Payments are handled by third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
3. Installments: If offered, all installments are due as scheduled. Missed payments may result in access revocation.
4. Refund window: Unless stated otherwise, refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the Course has been consumed and no downloadable bonuses have been accessed.
5. Chargebacks: Please contact us to resolve issues before filing a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account termination.
6. Currency and conversions: Your bank or processor may apply currency conversion rates and fees.
7. Coupons: Discounts are limited-time and non-transferable; they cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Any exceptions to the policy will be clearly noted at checkout and prevail over this section.

Acceptable Use

1. No unauthorized distribution of course content.
2. No harassment or abuse in community interactions.
3. Follow applicable laws when selling your assets.
4. No plagiarism or misrepresentation of authorship of provided materials.
5. Do not bypass access controls, share login credentials, or scrape gated content.
6. Do not upload malware, spam, or illegal content to community spaces.
7. Use support channels reasonably; automated mass requests are prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws. The course is provided “as is.”

1. No warranties: We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
2. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
3. No indirect damages: We are not liable for lost profits, revenues, data, or consequential damages.
4. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Course.
5. Governing law and venue: Unless prohibited, disputes are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, with exclusive venue in competent courts there.
